    No..Puerto rico can't vote for the Presidency..only in the primaries.

    If you read the constitution of the united states of america, it says that no one that is not a state of the unites states cannot vote for the president of the usa. Puerto rica is not a state of the usa.they do not want to become a joined state.maybe the people should read more of the rights of people in the usa.
