My dog is developing a rash in different spot of his body

It could be ringworm, you might want to call the vet, and talk to them, they might be able to tell you over the phone, and they will more than likely want you to bring the dog in.
If it is ringworm, they'll give you the appropriate medicine for it. Hope this helps. Good luck.
