The air filter is located inside the air filter housing which is mounted in the left front corner of the engine compartment. Remove mounting screws, separate the halves and lift the filter out, do not drop anything down the air filter housing, make sure the air filter seats in the housing the same way you pulled it out. Put it back together, replace filter every 12 months or 12,000 miles.
