How Much Time Would It Take Me To Undergo A Facelift?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

A facelift is different from many of the other cosmetic procedures in terms of the time that each individual takes. There are some such procedures that take minimal amounts of time. For example, if I were to get a chin job done, it would probably take me half an hour to an hour. There are other procedures that take even lesser.

Unlike these procedures, a rhytidectomy takes much longer. This is because the process itself is quite complicated and the surgeon has to really concentrate on the task at hand while performing the process. This is why a facelift takes way longer than some of the other simpler processes.

While the process itself is wrong, the period of recovery varies too. In some people, the recovery is rapid and the person is okay in a very short span of time. However, in some other people, recovery takes a while. This is dependent on quite a few factors. These include the possibility of post-operative complications, the patient being allergic to certain medication, etc.
