What Sources Of Energy Are On Neptune?

As in hydrogen, solar, wind

Answer Question

Although the planets Jupiter, Saturn and Neptune all radiate energy into the space more than they receive from the sun, their main source of energy is still the sun. When these planets radiate energy back into space, they lose their temperature and are able to cool down. But some store or potential energy on these planets is also derived from the nuclear decay of radioactive materials that must be radiated as well.

The gases that are found in the atmosphere are about 15% hydrogen and helium is a little amount. Neptune also has a heat source due to which it radiates 2.6 times more energy than what it absorbs from the sun.
