Watch it carefully, if it has pain in its legs. This seems to be a behavioral problem. Does it jerk its head or show other muscular abnormal sudden movements. If no then you should not get worried about it. Just give it more attention than usual. Play with it and keep it and its litter box clean. Provide it high quality food. May be its nutritional requirements are not getting fully fulfilled and it is getting weak. Check its temperature as well.
