In platinum there is a villa or a house and if you use a super rod in the water you can find magikarp that are levels 50-100

Well there is a villa that someone gives to you. In your villa, you can buy furniture and people will visit your villa sometimes, There is also the Ribbon syndicate that you need at lest 10 ribbons on one of your Pokemon to get in. In the ribbon Syndicate you can give one of your Pokemon a spa treatment to make it more friendly and happy. There is a Pokemon Center and a little pond where you can fish and find magikarp that are leveled up to level 100.
