You Can If You Are MADLY in love, you can DEFINITELY have babies in sims 1, not 2 but mabe 3. In Pets It doesnt work if your not married.
1. Get in bed
2. RELAX - NOT SLEEP
3, wait 5 minutes then click on your partner ( the opposite to you )
4. Then Click " Try For Baby"

No you can´t. Ive tried like for ever and i still don´t have a baby. Some people say that you can have a baby but they re not telling the true. If they war, they Wood say how!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No you cannot because the game does not have the appropriate game rating to let you. On the sims 2 for of it has the rating teen which includes sexual themes. Obviously having a baby is a sexual theme. On sims 2 pets for ps2, it has the rating teen but if does not include sexual themes or anything of that nature. Therefore, you cannot have babies. Sorry, I was originally hoping you could too but then I got sims 2 for pc and it is so much better. Good luck!
