How Do You Get Lenders To Start An Estate Business?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

You need to have a sound business plan and experience with real estate transactions to get lenders to invest or get interested in a real estate business. Lenders and venture capitalists are always looking at ways to invest their money and make money.

These lenders will be willing to invest so long as the proposal is sound and the investment wise. They will want to know your IRR and NPV along with an estimated cash flow as part of the presentation that you will make to them.

The amount of rewards from the real estate and property development business are intense but so are the risks associated with it. Diversifying the portfolio so that a number of lenders get involved or where bank guarantees or insurance schemes are possible can also help. If you are an architect or civil engineer it is of course an added benefit if not a must.
