There isn't any word like not approved in blurtit. It can be approved or disapproved.
To make your question approved, you need to search first that what question you are going to ask, shouldn't be asked before. Secondly if you still want the same question then you have to change the words in your question and give explanation under it. The moderator will then check your question and mark it approved or disapproved.
