 I Have A New Roomate And The Landlord Told Us That They Are No Longer Accepting New Applicants With Pets. Is This Legal?
I live in an apt where ther are many occupants that have pets. I have a new roomate and the landlord told us that they are no longer accepting new applicants with pets. Is this legal?

 Yes, it is legal. Landlord's can not discriminate against tenants because of their race or religion but they certainly can discriminate against dogs and cats. Sorry!
