I Need Step By Step Instructions To Attach Copies Of Old Photos & Documents To Out-going E-mail. Have A "eMachine", Mod. T3990, PC. & Epson Mod. CX8400 Printer. How To Do This?

What kind of email do you use? The computer usually makes no difference.  Most e-mail services have an "Add File..." button or an "Attach" button that let you search for a file on your computer and send it with the email.  You will see the button when you are at the screen that you compose new messages on.  Some free ones are email, yahoo, and hotmail.  I've never used outlook much, but if that is what you use Microsoft has good online support FAQs that you can get to using the Help tab in the Outlook Express window.
