You have to fill the sinoh dex then go to prof. Rowan. Prof. Oak will be there and he will give you the national dex. Then go to pal park. He will be there and will tell you how to do a catching show and then he will go away. Go to Eterna and he will tell you about the lengendary bird pokemon then you can get Zapdos, Arcticuno,and Moltres. Hope this helped alot.
