I used to have an eating disorder, and it is hard to know if you have one. It's very hard to know unless you get professional help- don't get prematurely worried, because you may just be overly concerned about your weight, or something similar. I would advise, if you are really worried, to go to a counselor who specializes in that area.

Definitely visit a doctor if you need solid advice. Binge eating, emotional eating, bulimia, starvation, sleep-eating are all signs of a potentially serious issue.
Simply making poor food choices or not sticking to a healthy diet and exercise is likely not part of an eating disorder.
