How Hard Is It To Have A Kid?

Answer Question

4 Answers - Sort by: Date | Rating

Depending on circumstances, having a child can be a long drawn out process.  It can depend on the fertility of both parties i.e. ovarian problems, low sperm count etc.
Some people seem to have no problems at all conceiving and yet loose the baby at some stage in the pregnancy.
This can be very difficult to deal with and causes stress which itself can cause problems.
However, the hard work really begins once the child is born.  You have to come to terms with the fact that your life will never be the same again.  There is someone else that is 100% dependent on you.  This can lead to major problems with your partner as they can start to feel rejected because all your attention has to be focused on the baby.  It can even lead to jealousy for both parties.  You could feel jealous of the fact that the father is not as involved as you as he still enters the adult world of work and you may feel that you are stuck in a nursery with no adult contact until he get in.  The problems are numerous but the joys out weigh any of this.
How difficult is it to have a child - possibly the most difficult thing that you will ever do in your life, but it's 100% worth it.

It is generally not that difficult to have a child, though it may take time but usually a female conceives after a few sessions of intercourse carried out over a period of days, weeks or at times months.

Based on the circumstances, having a child at times can be a difficult process. It is mainly based on the fertility of both the parents, which are known as ovarian problems seen in the female and low sperm count problems which occur in the male. A number of people do not have any problems at all while conceiving a baby, but still loose it during some phase of pregnancy.

A number of parents phase problems once the child is born, because you have to acknowledge the fact that your life will not be the same as it was and you will be dedicating more time to the child than to yourself.

Yes it can be hard to have a child, it depends on a lot of things.  But  when you see and hold your baby everything changes.  You just look at your baby, and you love him so much that if you would have to start over again you would.
Some people find it a lot harder after they have their baby.  They realize that their life changed forever.  And yes your life changes because now you have to think of your baby first before you decide to do whatever you want a do.

My sister in law told me that  she was to selfish to have a baby.  I told her that she said that because she didn't know what it was like to have a child in your life.  Because when you have a child you now know what's important in life.  You know that life itself is the most incredible thing on earth.

I'm not saying it's easy, it can be really hard at times but when your child looks at you and says he loves you and that he's really glad your there to listen to him and do activities  whith him you feel great and loved and you would't change that for anything in the world.
