    Flour, 1 cup equals 1 cup minus 2 teaspoons all-purpose
    self-rising flour plus 1 1/2 teaspoons baking
    powder and ½ teaspoon salt

      Yes, you can. To do it you just add 1/2 tsp salt and one tsp baking soda per cup of regular flour that you add. I would suggest mixing it with the flour before adding the flour to the other ingredients. I hope that this helps!
