What Are Steps For Placing Pebbles For A Path?

Should You Place Pebbles Then Weed Block And Then Another Layer Of Pebbles?

Answer Question

I would say weed block first, then pebbles. ....However, I made a nice little walking path (by hand, nothing else) out of a few medium/small semi-flat stones I collected, along with some sand scattered over the area, and pea pebbles scattered in. I hardly get any weeds, the very few I see, I just pull. Good luck to you! =)

Following are the steps or making a pebble path.
Step 1: The first step is excavations whereby you would have to dig the pathway to a depth of at least 75 mm below the ground level.
Step2: After excavations lay the edge boards so that the top of the edge boards are at the ground level. Use stakes to nail them in place and trim the stakes.
Step 3: Then add a layer of GAP20 Base course between the edging boards.
Step 4: Lay the pebbles on top of the base course.
