What Should You Use To Treat An Allergic Reaction To Sunblock?

Sunscreen some times causes allergy. Before starting treatment, it is necessary to have differential diagnosis that the symptoms are of sunscreen or ultraviolet radiations? The use of anti allergy medicine can work in both the cases. But it will be better to visit a doctor.

I would start Benadryl right away, and also consult your physician.  Have you ever used Banana Boat before?  Do you have sensitive skin?  Those are some things I would examine and ask myself, if I experienced the reaction you have.  Have you changed any detergents, soaps, etc. Prior to the usage of the Banana Boat.  Good Luck.

I was never allergic to ANYthing.. Until I got pregnant in 1990)I'm only 35 now)... But once I became pregnant, I became allergic to Rayon(look at the label on a box of tampons-you'll see why this is the worst!) as well as nearly every shade of Purple eyeliner*(having green eyes means purple brings them out.. Too bad within about 20 minutes, the whites of my eyes turn red, puffy, and runny- looks exactly like conjuntivitis.. Seriously.. My poor eyes are running from the corners, just like a normal person's nose will run during allergy season!) and tartar control toothpaste(gives me the same reaction as sunblock) and last but not least.. Sunblock. Of ANY kind. Period. I've had people tell me, oh, just use *such & such* you won't be allergic to that. Or, oh its the PABA! Just get PABA free sun lotion! YEAH RIGHT! I have tried every possibly product known to man over the last 18 years... I AM allergic to ANYTHING that contains sun protection.. Even if it only says
