Making a TV in to a computer: There are different methods to use your computer as a TV in market you would find different type of devices that could help you to do so for example the internal TV tuner cards are available in the market that would allow you to capture the TV signals. And you would be able to perform different tasks with it for example recording a tv program to your hard disk etc. The internal tv card is the PCI bus extension card. All the internal TV tuner cards have there softwares as well that will help you to install the hardware in your computer and will help you to tune the channels.
