My Employer Isn't Paying Overtime. Who Do I Contact In?
I work construction in indiana but my company is out of Il CHICAGO who do I contact to complain about only being paid straight time over 40 hours? I just started with this company

You immediately need to contact your local Human resource department. And if the problem is still not solved then go to the regional HR office and contact the top management.
