Is This Some Sort Of Conspiracy!?

My grandmother recently found some red stickers on her mailbox, then when she asked the mailman about it, he said it was a conspiracy, that if you find those red stickers on your mailbox, you'll be kidnapped and taken to a concentration camp... Myth or what!? Kinda scary if you ask me.

If it was a conspiracy, then it isn't anymore, because the U.S. Mail knows about it. Right? If the U.S. Mail knows about it, then that means the government knows as well.
Maybe your grandmother is of that race and religion where they did take people to the camps way back then, but there is no way it could happen again. Hope this helps, good luck.
