Where Is Smith's Wood?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

In the county of West Midlands you can find the district of Smith's Wood. The area falls under Metropolitan Borough of Solihull and is a civil parish also. The district is surrounded by A452 in the north and Fordbridge in the south. M6 forms its eastern boundary and the Castle Bromwich forms the western one.

The census of the year 2001 has declared its population as 10,943. The city has the notoriety of being the accident prone area and the stretch of A452 that trails along Smith's Wood is noted to have one of the highest rates of accidents in the country. Though in most of the accidents the fault is of the driver, the area has gained the bad reputation without any fault of it.
