    An urban area is a region, which has an augmented concentration of human in assessment to the areas surrounding it. This term refers to areas between suburban and rural areas. An urban area is mostly referred to as a city or town.

    When they are further developed and rebuilt it is known as urbanisation. It is basically the rise in the inhabitants of cities in accordance to the particular areas rural population. It is a consequence of two main factors namely; first, it is an increase in the amount of urban areas and second it is an increase in the concentration of urban areas

    An urbanised area helps you to analyse the populace density and urban spread out, and it also helps in determining urban and rural populations.
