Do My Shoulder Muscles Enlage Alot Because Of The Rowing That I Do? I'm Already Wide On My Upper Body And I'm A Female. I Don't Want To Have A Wide Upper Body And A Slimmer Lower Body, What Can I Do?

It is extremely likely that you are becoming wider due to the rowing that you do. Unless you stop rowing as often as you do then there is likely to be no change to your shape. However, you could try and either put more muscle onto your lower body so that you would be more in proportion, or you could stop rowing as often and lose a little wideness that way.

Another thing that you can try is to do more aerobic exercise. That may help though really cutting down on rowing or accepting your shape is the only way that you will lose that wideness. The rowing will be building up your strength and your muscles and you cannot change that if you still carry on rowing the same amount as you usually do.

Thats the effect of rowing. Either stop rowing to save the way you look or continue. Your shoulders won't keep getting wider and wider.
