On your computer go on to your emails then you should have send email click it and everythink and then its wil say send a message picture message or both then click picture message or both then pick what picture you need then type in what you need then click do it for free but Do Not click any others just that one i hope it has helped you if it does not work take it into pc world i did and they kixed it for free!
