It will be easier for you to loose weight, because you are so young!!!! Just watch what you eat, no breads, pastas, rice, all that is carbs, no junk, eat like salads, and veggies. Before you eat dinner, try to drink a glass of water first, that way your somewhat filled up, and you eat less, and try to walk, or run as much as you can!!!!
