That is a great question. No, it does not mean you are pregnant now. Sometimes after having a baby it takes the body time to regulate periods and many other things. So it is possible that it will just take time to get back to what is regular for you.
On the other hand I had sex within a month after our first daughter, and when I went back to my doctor he said, "I thought I told you not to have sex until after I saw you?"
"I told him, "I didn't!"
He said, "Liar! You are pregnant!"
Less than a year after I had my first little girl, I brought my second daughter home! I have never regretted it.
In fact I ended up being pregnant six times in seven years! One baby died, and I have five beautiful children and seventeen grandchildren today.
Wait and see if you have any other signs of pregnancy, and then try the home pregnancy test. If you really think you are, see your doctor right away, and do the same if your periods do not start in a reasonable time.

Actually, I had a baby in March and I was told that if you are brestfeeding your chances of getting pregnant are greatly reduced. You still should use birth control, but I didn't have a period until I stopped breastfeeding. And I literally got it the day after I stopped breastfeeding my baby.

Not 60 days. You're just supposed to wait 6 weeks unless otherwise directed by the doctor. But anyway, you have to be extremely careful soon after you have a baby if you don't want to become pregnant again. Because a woman's chances of becoming pregnant soon after giving birth are a lot greater. So there's a good chance you could be, but at the same times it is true your period may just need some time to become regular.

You could be pregnant! There are some people who do feel that when they are lactating, or in other words, when they are breastfeeding their baby, they may be safe from becoming pregnant again, because their body would be producing those hormones that effectively prevent another pregnancy.
However, this may not be true in all cases; some women get pregnant even if they are actively breastfeeding their baby, and even if their first baby is not barely a month old.
At the same time, certain women do not get their periods for a long period of time after they have delivered their baby, because the entire reproductive system may be in turmoil, soon after the delivery.
If I were you, I would opt for a pregnancy test as soon as possible, and check out for and safely eliminate the possibility of another pregnancy. If you are pregnant, however, consult your physician at the earliest, and follow her advice.

Aren't you supposed to wait 60 days after giving birth to have sex again?

It doesnt mean you are pregnant. I've had children and done the same as you but i wasnt pregnant. Some times after birth your clock work goes all over but if you are worried i would go for a test asap just to make sure. Hope it turns out the way you want it.

No, because i had a baby 3 months ago and had sex 4 weeks later then didnt get my period for 2 months. your menstal cycle is messed up for a while, but then again on the other hand you could be, because my friend did the same thing and wound up with her second baby. and they are 10 months apart, best thing to do, is wait and if you dont get your period next month, definatly go to the doctor!
