A teacher who is fun and can relate to their students. It doesn't have to be a teacher that doesn't give homework or anything. A teacher who isn't afraid to joke around, but still keeps their class under control.
Also listening to students, encouraging them and helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations are very important qualities.
