College soccer is a term that is used to describe soccer which is played by teams that are managed by colleges and educational institutions as compared to professional leagues which are managed only for monetary purposes. The most widespread occurrence of College Soccer can be seen in the United States of America, while it is also played on a large scale in the countries of South Korea as well as Canada.
College soccer generally has rules which slightly vary from the soccer league rules. College soccer gives one the flexibility for unlimited substitutions, however, players cannot re-enter a game after being called out in the first half. Also, they are restricted only to one re-entry in the second half.
