Can An Allergy To Gluten Cause Arthritis Pain?

A few hours after eating cream of wheat i could not move my fingers then I had bran in my yogurt and the pain was awful could this arthritis pain be a symtom of gluten allergy?

    Yes, if you have celiac disease then it is possible to have arthritis if you eat gluten diet. Arthritis is the inflammation of of joints one of the types of arthritis is rheumatoid arthritis which is an immune disease. Celiac disease is also autoimmune disease. So, gluten food in celiac patients can trigger the immune system and can cause rheumatoid arthritis. Avoiding gluten in diet can help to manage rheumatoid arthritis.
