How Can I Have My Husband Adopt My Daughter?

the father of my daughter leftme when i told i was prego, so my husband accepted my daughter since i was prego, i tried to see if the realdad was going to be a father he did with a little pressure he has not seen her since she 3months old she is 10 all she knows is her dad is my husband how do i go about getting my daughter adopted by my husband on paper work she has to use her last cause they need it legal by the way she has my maden name fathers name is not on birth certificate

I would think that by now, if the real father hasn't paid any support to you for her, and she has never met him, you can definitely say that he has abandoned you and her.
That in itself might be enough to petition a judge to grand adoption. If not, you may have to contact the real father, get the test done, and ask him to sign over his parental rights. I truly hope this helps you out, best of luck to you.
