Can You Get Hpv Again If You Had A Complete Hysterectomy?

Answer Question

HPV can not be cured.  There are 100's of types of HPV I know that one type of HPV is genital warts and those are not curable.  So I am pretty sure you can get HPV as long as you are sexually active.

A hysterectomy removes the uterus, but HPV can occur on the vagina or into the vaginal cavity.

You can! HPV is a cervical disease so if you are female you can get it. When you get a hysterectomy they are taking out things like the uterus and the ovaries, but you will always have your cervix so you can always get HPV. :)

The cervix may also be removed with a complete hysterectomy.
