First you need to drain the fluid. You can do this by drilling a hole in to it. Once all of the fluid is removed crack it open and shave out the white interior and eat it.

First you cut open the coconut....drink all the juice now(or if you dont like coconut juice pour it out).....not take a spoon and scrape out the insides and eat it!
