There is very little scope for computer engineers in Dubai as the emirates deals mainly with civil, mechanical and electrical engineers. With luck, you could get a job that pays you as low as 1500 AED up to 15000 AED. But still, its all depends on your luck, i.e being at the right place at the right time. Knowing Arabic language helps a lot, trust me on that as in born and brought up in the region for 19 years
