I live in SC. I purchased a car on Saturday but I realized the terms were unacceptable. Do I have 3 days to return the car without legal trouble from the dealership or loan company?

There is what is called "Buyers Remorse" that gives you 3 days to return merchandise that you purchased and decided that you no longer want. Concerning a vehicle, there are "lemon laws" that essentially give you 30 days to return a vehicle for mechanically defective purposes whether a warranty was issued or not.
