    Rhetorical Device is also known as Resource of language. It is a common term used in literature around the world.

    This is basically a technique through which an author or a speaker makes use of language to evoke an emotional response in the audience or readers. These emotional response are actually central to the meaning of the work or speech and must get their attention.

    It gives an auxiliary meaning or idea or feeling to the piece of literature.
