To be honest , I don't even think they are going based on the ss# now. My friend and I thought about that one and possibly based on last names ,nope not that either. They are problem just sending them randomly. I haven't gotten mine yet , although I do know some people who have gotten theirs already, by mail,and by deposit. But if you don't get it by june contact social security.
