How Can I Access A Will?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

A will is a very personal document and cannot be accessed by general public. A will is never posted on the internet for the viewing of the general public. If your name has been mentioned in a particular will, only then you have a right to access that will. In case you name is there in a will, the lawyer of that person will contact you regarding this case. If your father or any of your blood relative is making a will, you may have a right to access it as you are a close relative of that person.

A will is usually made by the person who wishes to distribute his property and wealth to his choice after he dies. It is made in presence of a lawyer who is responsible to distribute the property after the owner of the will dies.
