You can share a dial-up internet connection in the same way as you share DSL internet connection between two computers. Actually, Procedure is same for both. But you may not know how a DSL internet connection can be share between two computers so I am going to tell you.

You have to connect two computers or in other words you can say you have to make network between two computers for sharing a dial-up connection.
(1) You have to make a cross over cable or you can buy this from a shop if you don't know the procedure of making across over cable. Just connect two computers with cross over cable.
(2)Give unique IP addresses to both computers.

(3) Run Microsoft home networking setup. Just go to my network places. There you will see many options on the left hand side of that window. Here you will see "Setup network for a home or small office", just click on that and run the setup. You have to run Microsoft home networking setup on both computers. Now you can share a dialup connection between these two computers, but speed will be slow because as we know a dialup connection cannot be connected at more than 56kbps. If you don't want to compromise on speed of internet then you have to use DSL internet Connection.
