First and foremost get a video source with s-video or even a RCA video output. Next, plug in the video input device onto the s-video or RCA video output port that is attached to the video card. You will need a video input port so that it is very much possible to import the video from the VCR to your computer. In case you do not have it on, you will need to purchase it from a computer store. Next, you will need a video cable to go from the video source onto your computer. Now you will need video editing software or you can even use a virtual dub.
Once the entire video is copied onto your computer you will now need to squeeze the video and audio streams into an additional format so that it will all shape in on 1 CD. In case you want the menu options thing in your cd then you will need to use some type of CD / DVD Mastering Software, such as Ashampoo CD Burning Suite.
