How Does One Tell Someone That He Has Bad Breath?
My daughter is dating and very interested in this person. But he has horrible dragon breath, apparently. She is very interested in dating him otherwise, but this is a deal-breaker problem for her. She doesn't feel she knows him well enough to be very direct yet without completely offending him. What can she do?

I'm not sure the age of the guy but the brushing the teeth together sounds nuts to me--I had a boss that knew he had bad breath-I found this out when I had a mint and asked him if he wanted one--He said he knew he had the problem and had spoke to his doctor about it and there was a new treatment he was going to try

Maybe ask him what he thinks HER breath smells like (at an appropriate time), carry around a pack of gun... that's what I would do, personally. Otherwise, offer to brush teeth together some time and she doesn't necessarily have to say why. (I did that once with my first boyfriend. Neither of us were offended. It was quite entertaining) And all those may lead to conversation... it's a start!!!
