If Master Cylinder And All Drums Are Bled Why Can't I Pump Up The Brake Pedal?

I have a 1967 GTO with power drum brakes. All new brakes were changed and bled with new master cylinder. Brake pedal does not pump up.

If you are sure all the air is out of the brake lines then you could have a bad master cylinder. I assume when you bled the brakes that you had help and when bleeding them you held the brake peddle down until your help tightened the bleeder each time you bled it.

There is i line that goes from the motor to the booster it may be  clogged. Theres also a  pieces on that line that closes and opens on the older cars its the piece going directly in the booster
