SEAN CONNERY and ROGER MOORE have both played 007 a total of 7 times each.
However, one of Connery's appearances was in 'NEVER SAY NEVER AGAIN which was a spoof remake of THUNDERBALL (1965) while all of Roger Moore's were in the official series of films made by EON Productions, so I would say ROGER MOORE has the better claim to the title
