My Pugs Eyes Are Red, Where The White Should Be?
My pugs eyeballs are red like if he has been drinking too much alcohol or something, they are not swollen at all!

It sounds like your Pug may have conjunctivitis. Other concerns include dry eye, corneal ulceration, and ocular foreign body. Have your dog examined by a veterinarian--they will run a Schirmer Tear Test for dry eye and a Fluorescein Stain to check for corneal ulcers. Pressure from a collar and sometimes allergies can cause redness as well.
