How Tall Are 12 Year Olds Supposed To Be?

Im twelve and im 5'7

My son is 12 and has been tall his entire life.  He is currently 6 ft 2 1/4 inches tall.  He has never felt out of place. He is a very good Basketball player and is getting use to his long torso and legs.  He has a size 14 men's shoe.

Yeah 12 years olds can be any height really tbh :)

Usually a 12 year old kid on average has a height from 4 feet 3 inches to 4 feet 10 inches.Do not be worried about your height,just drink milk regularly and play some sport or do exercise.

Im a girl, im 5'8 and i think im tall but at other times i think im short because i hear the hirght of guys when their my age , but they're boys and suppose 2 b taller then girls so idk. My son is 11 years old and is 5'9". He is a pretty good athlete and generally likes being bigger than everyone else.  He walks tall, with his shoulders back.

He grew a full 12" from 3 to 4 years old and has grown around 3 inches per year since.  He really wants to be taller than me (I am 5'11) by the time he hits 7th grade.

Ok im a boy.. Im 12 years old and 4ft 6, yes i hate my height but listen. My dad is small, 5ft 6, but i do not have ANY, i repeat, ANY of his genes what so ever. My sisters on the other hand, they do. My dad has very short arms and legs and feet. His size shoe is 6. My sisters are fully grown and one is 17 and 5ft 2. One is 24 and about 5ft 4. They both have very short legs and arms.I, however, Have my mum and her dads genes. Im exactly like my mum and My mum says im exactly like her dad. You can see so much similarity between me and my mum, and my mum said same for me and her dad. My mum is 7 and a half in shoe size, Shes 5ft 8 and a half, She has VERY long legs, VERY long arms, Not so long torso but fairly long. And my Mum says when she was my age she was the same height as me, 4ft 6 and when she turned 13 she had a big big big growth spurt and was taller than all of her friends..  My mums dad, was 6ft 2, Had very very long legs, very very long arms, was a size 11 in shoe size, Had lots of hair (Not relevant to height, but like me, i have lots of hair and my hair was the same colour as his) and his torso was fairly long. My arms, and my legs are as long as my fully grown 17 year old sisters. My arms are as long as my dads. My feet are as bigger than my 17 year old sisters, im size 5 shes size 4 and a half. And my other sister, whos 24, my feet are as big as hers, my arms are about as long as hers, and same for my arms. Since I have my mum and her dads genes, im obviously going to be pretty tall after my growth spurt, my mum ssaid to me, after her first growth spurt, she was 5ft 6. Yes, she shot right up, and was taller than all her friends. She says i can have a growth spurt anyday, i will suddenly just wake up and have pains in my shins, then start growing loads and loads, and after, she says i will be about 5ft 7, cuz im a boy and im so much like her dad. And boys grow for longer than girls. She also says imnot smmall coz of my dad, im small cuz she was, and i have her genetics.  OK that was a really long answer, but just telling everything.
