I'm 11, too, but I know if you just sit around snacking and watching TV all day you,ll get obese. (Overweight) I watch TV 3/4's of the day.(Yet I'm skinny as a stick!) Obesity in a child can effectyou as an adult. If you get to obese, you have a high risk for diabetes, which is very life threatening.THAT'S why it's important to stay fit as a kid so you don't look like the fattest person alive! LOL!
