This was last evening. Now, she is very lethargic. Excessive thirst. No blood in feces or vomit. She is a toy poodle, 6 lbs and 4 mo old. Up to date on shots. Can someone please tell me something? Had her in er last night and k9 parvo tested neg.

That might be a bacterial infection, causing diarrhea and vomiting. You should look after her, and keep a check on her diet. She must have had something other than her dog food. AI would suggest a home remedy for diarrhea and vomiting. Mix 1 tsp yogurt in her diet for a few days. Also stop giving her canned food containing any type of"dyes".

I agree with rayoflight on the fact it may be a bacterial infection.. If your dog isn't better today you need to keep from feeding her any food, this way it will help to keep the dog from vomiting any more. If your dog is lethargic i would take it back to the vet, because they will probably need to take care of her and get her fluid intake back up.
