What Is The Phone Number For E-harmony?

eharmony is terrible, they post profiles that are not active, including mine, and they admit this, after you "close" your account, they put you in an "expired" status, and leave you on their website, they admit this, and members try to contact you, send you "nudges," and requests, but you are not active. This is ludicrous and fraudulent.

I have tried both of these phone numbers and there is no answer. Perhaps it is because it is midnight PCT so I will call again tomorrow. Correction, the 626 number finally answered while I was typing this (took a couple of minutes) and the message said to call back between 8 and 5 PST in the daytime.
I am calling because I cannot log in.

I had been 'rejected' in 2003 by e-harmony but had forgotten that as they continued to send me emails about matches. I went on their site 10 days ago and, newly single, signed up for 3 months. Over night I got 15 matches. I emailed support with a question on communication and they suggested I retake my profile. I did. Nothing was significantly different and they rejected me again saying they couldn't match me - what the heck were the 15 matches I had just gotten!!!! After emailing them several times over the past week for a refund with NO RESPONSE! I found this phone number and called. They say they are refunding my money but it could take up to a week. This is what gives 'Christian' a bad name.........
