What Does 'Camp' Mean?

One of the most often used word in the world is 'camp' and conveying its meaning can be said to be the gilding of a lily. But still the question should be answered and the meaning of camp is a temporary tent or hut usually people use when they are on a short trip often in a mountainous area.
       
The word can be used as verb also and you can say that you are camping now when you are sitting or sleeping in a camp in a mountainous area.
      
The word has its association with some phrasal verbs also and if you are living outside for a while you can say that you are camped out. You can also use a phrase 'camp it up' if somebody is behaving in a very exaggerated manner.

It can mean camping as in going to stay in a tent in the wilderness but it can also mean male acting feminine so basically saying hes acts gay but is not gay
