Well there are methods like people say push ups and there's also a massage. Im 13 and was a 32a and no im a 32b. Hope this helps.

Do alot of push ups and stuff like that drink alot of milk i used to be a 32a now im a 35b a friend gave me this method and it really helped im proud of my self hope this works for you oh and is 3 cups a day and 40 push ups it work for me hope it does for you good luck
